Karsten Olson
Mr. Olson has been involved in marketing, branding and communications for over 13 years. A local, regional and national design award winner, Mr. Olson is well versed in brand identity fundamentals, creating brand strategy and launching brand identity. He has applied this knowledge to create customer focused marketing plans from mission and vision statements to collateral, public relations, advertising/media buying, tradeshow strategy, product launch and campaign marketing. He has served many companies including AT&T Wireless, Blue Cross Blue Shield, AutoPatch, SprayCool, Avista Energy and West Coast Hotels to name a few. Mr. Olson has earned degrees in art, mathematics and philosophy and is currently working on his MBA. |

Wayne Tewalt

He has used his experience in engineering, product management, new market penetration, and strategic analysis to grow both large corporations and small businesses. Mr. Tewalt earned a M.S. in Computer Systems from City University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas. |

CNA, MCSA, CCNP, CCNA, Basic programming with C, C++, Java, and Visual Basic and an in-depth knowledge of designing and building scalable Cisco networks based on TCP/IP and IPX/SPX protocols.

Mr. Lohman’s strengths lie in open system software development, Microsoft systems administration, and Linux systems administration. He has an intimate working knowledge of Linux, Perl, PHP, MySQL

and file systems for a variety of applications. Mr. Lohman acquired his Associates of Applied Science in Information Systems from Lewis Clark State College and currently holds certifications in MCSA, CCNA, Comptia A+, Network+, Server+, and Linux+. |

Johnny Kuhlmann
Mr. Kuhlmann holds degrees from Gonzaga University and
has 15 years of experience working in the financial services industry with a
Fortune 500 company. His broad background includes project management, networking & database administration and software & website development.
His specialty is designing and building custom business
solutions using any combination of web front-end, custom or off-the-shelf
middleware, and database back-end. With the ability to design, manage and build,
while translating technical concepts into plain English, Mr. Kuhlmann can
assist with using technology to streamline customer-facing and back-office
operations.

Vanessa Higgins
Vanessa Higgins has over 13 years of extensive human resources and business experience.
She currently works with businesses to implement human resources infrastructure that
ensures employment law compliance while enhancing business practices. She has worked as
a Vice President for Bank of America with over 12 years of experience in a variety of
human resources functions supporting high-level executives with staffing, leadership
development, employee programs, and events planning. Vanessa spent 4 years working
exclusively with the President of Card Services, and his Executive Team, planning and
implementing all aspects of high profile leadership conferences hosting 125 to 200 attendees,
national roadshows, and quarterly executive strategic retreats.
