David Tilton – Capture Management: Mr. Tilton has more than a decade of experience working with technology companies in federal and commercial markets. Mr. Tilton specializes in business development, fund raising strategies, proposal process management, teaming, grant writing, customer relationship development, and capture planning. Chhe Taing, serves as Senior Managing Partner (Executive Strategic Development) for MindShare Resource Solutions Prior to joining MindShare, he held prior positions with US Trust Bank of America Wealth Management Services and Bank of America Investments. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Finance, and Management Information Systems from Fairfield University in 1998. Mr. Taing is based in Shelton, CT and Palm Coast, FL. Mr. Taing is responsible for Strategic Development of MindShare’s Resource Groups: Investment Management, Corporate Finance, Business Development, Branding & Marketing, Business Operations, Information Technology, Engineering, and Human Resource. He leads the Investment Management Group which specializes in preliminary investment due diligence, connecting MindShare’s portfolio companies with funding opportunities and value added services.

Capt. Chuck Nash USN (Ret.) – Program Strategies: Mr. Nash’s focus is to understand military requirements and then actively search out and identify high leverage, emerging technologies that can be inserted quickly and inexpensively into tools for the U.S. military. He works extensively with government laboratories and commercial technology companies on program strategies. Mr. Nash served 25 years as an officer in the U.S. Navy. His tours as a Naval Aviator included Head of the Strike/Anti-surface Unit Warfare and Air to Air/Strike Support sections on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations, Pentagon, Washington, DC; Executive Assistant to the Deputy Commander in Chief, US Naval Forces Europe, London, UK; Commanding Officer, Strike Fighter Squadron ONE THREE SEVEN; and Operations Officer, Commander Carrier Airwing THIRTEEN. In addition, he served in four squadrons where he accumulated more than 4,300 hours of flight time and 965 carrier landings on nine different aircraft carriers. He also served in temporary liaison billets with U.S. and Foreign Special Operations Forces ashore in Turkey, Northern Iraq, and other international areas. Mr. Nash is also a regularly featured military analyst on Fox News, as well as a member of numerous defense-related associations such as Tailhook association. Mr. Nash is based in Alexandria, Virginia.
