Capt. David Marshall USN (Ret.) – Business Development: Mr. Marshall has over 30 years of proven success in positions of continuously increasing leadership and managerial responsibilities. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, program management, directing cross-functional and integrated product teams, financial analysis, budget preparation, integrated business solutions, and performance measurement. Mr. Marshall is a retired Navy Captain who had command both at sea and ashore and is a sub-specialist in Operations Logistics. His Top Secret clearance was granted in May 2008. Mr. Marshall earned his Master’s of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California in 1986 and his Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry from the United States Naval Academy in 1973. Mr. Marshall is based in Clifton, Virginia.
