Tony Vengel USAF (Reserves) – Contract Management: Mr. Vengel has extensive contracting, program management, business development, logistics, and overall people management experience in technology from military and civilian work experiences. He is a 14-year veteran of the Air Force acquisition system and is currently a Lt. Col. in the reserves with security access. Mr. Vengel received his BA in political science from Loyola Marymount University, an MS in human resource management from Chapman University, and his MBA from Chapman College. In addition, he has graduated from several defense acquisition programs, such as the Defense Systems Management College which offers the DoD's premier program management courses. Mr. Vengel is based in Santa Barbara, California.

Prior to working for Alcoa, he was regional Sales and Marketing Director for RE/MAX Real Estate, and Process Engineer for 3M Corporation. Mr. Blair holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia, and an MBA from Tennessee State University. Mr. Blair also studied international business and Japanese language at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan and is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). Mr. Blair is based in Howell, Michigan.
