David Tilton – Capture Management: Mr. Tilton has more than a decade of experience working with technology companies in federal and commercial markets. He has secured millions in new business for previous employers and clients. Mr. Tilton has worked with all branches of the Department of Defense as well as the departments of energy, homeland security, commerce, and state. He has worked extensively with all major prime contractors as well as leading commercial OEMs, and has gained exposure to clean technology, the datacenter industry, military command-and-control, sensor processing, supercomputing, and advanced thermal management technologies. Mr. Tilton specializes in business development, fund raising strategies, proposal process management, teaming, grant writing, customer relationship development, and capture planning. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Finance, and Management Information Systems from Fairfield University in 1998. Mr. Taing is based in Shelton, CT and Palm Coast, FL. Mr. Taing is responsible for Strategic Development of MindShare’s Resource Groups: Investment Management, Corporate Finance, Business Development, Branding & Marketing, Business Operations, Information Technology, Engineering, and Human Resource.
