Chhe Taing, serves as Senior Managing Partner (Executive Strategic Development) for MindShare Resource Solutions Prior to joining MindShare, he held prior positions with US Trust Bank of America Wealth Management Services and Bank of America Investments. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Finance, and Management Information Systems from Fairfield University in 1998. Mr. Taing is based in Shelton, CT and Palm Coast, FL.
Mr. Taing is responsible for Strategic Development of MindShare’s Resource Groups: Investment Management, Corporate Finance, Business Development, Branding & Marketing, Business Operations, Information Technology, Engineering, and Human Resource.
He leads the Investment Management Group which specializes in preliminary investment due diligence, connecting MindShare’s portfolio companies with funding opportunities and value added services.

Julie Shiflett – Chief Financial Officer: Ms. Shiflett provides on-site or remote Chief Financial Officer and Controller services. She has experience providing financial guidance to private and publicly held companies as well as emerging companies. Ms. Shiflett has been responsible for many successful mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising projects. Her expertise includes establishing strong banking relationships, business plans, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow improvement, profitability analysis, and trend analysis of actual and future revenues and costs. She has also overseen successful software implementations. Ms. Shiflett began her career in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand and has since worked for both privately and publicly held companies in key financial roles including Controller, VP-Finance, and Chief Financial Officer positions. She also currently serves as a Director of a $7 billion financial institution. Ms. Shiflett’s education includes an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Eastern Washington University - Magna Cum Laude, an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Spokane Falls Community College, CPA certification, and numerous academic awards. Ms. Shiflett is based in Spokane, Washington.

At AFL, (an Alcoa subsidiary), a $1 billion global supplier of automotive electrical and electronic products, his career included the following diverse set of roles: Process Engineer, Customer Service Manager, Purchasing Manager, Director of Supply Chain, Director of Human Resources, Director of International Trade Compliance, Director of Market Development, and culminated as General Manager of its $200 million global Automotive Electronics Division. Prior to working for Alcoa, he was regional Sales and Marketing Director for RE/MAX Real Estate, and Process Engineer for 3M Corporation. Mr. Blair holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia, and an MBA from Tennessee State University. Mr. Blair also studied international business and Japanese language at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan and is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). Mr. Blair is based in Howell, Michigan.
