Flexible Service Plans

MindShare offers simple, friendly, and flexible services plans to meet the unique needs of your business. We offer everything from hourly project-based services, to pro-rated annual service plans, variable rate plans, and traditional retainers. We also work on performance-based contracts, for equity compensation, and provide pro-bono services to non-profits.

AGREEMENT OPTIONS	BASIC DESCRIPTION
Variable Service Plans	MindShare offers variable service plans to provide our clients with direct access to a network of professionals. Minimum monthly service fees are charged and hourly rates are reduced with higher minimum fees. Fees incurred up to the date of sales order are deducted from success fees. At either extreme of our variable service plan, traditional retainers or hourly based services can be secured.
Success Fees	Success fees are tied to our variable service plans and/or tied to specific objectives. Incentives can come of cash and/or equity. Success fees include service cost.
Pro-Bono	Pro-bono services are offered to non-profit organizations on a case-by-case basis after careful consideration of the mission of the organization, available resources, and long-term relationship potential.
